As an independent developer for GPS Dozor, I built the entire mobile app for its main product on iOS and Android. From the native interface to integration with the backend, which a colleague developed.
Mobile app development for iOS and Android
A mobile app needs to handle everyday use: touch interaction, changes in permissions and connection loss. I develop apps for iOS and Android and connect them to the services they need.
Two platforms, considered behaviour
For GPS Dozor 4.0, I independently developed the native mobile app in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose. I consider both shared features and each platform’s conventions. The choice of a native or shared implementation depends on the features, budget and future development.
A clear interface between the mobile app and backend
For GPS Dozor, I independently built the entire Findee Pets and Findee Guardian mobile apps, while a colleague developed the backend. I can work with an existing server team and its API. On FindeeKids, I contributed to frontend and mobile development as part of the team.
Verification before release and continued development
I check navigation, forms, loading, error states and the interface on different displays. The agreed scope can include release preparation and ongoing maintenance. I distinguish simulator verification from testing on a physical device and from store approval.

Findee Pets
I independently developed the entire Findee Pets app for GPS Dozor as an external developer: iOS and Android, including API integration. A colleague created the backend.
Findee Guardian
I also developed the entire Findee Guardian app independently for GPS Dozor as an external developer. From screens and user flows to connecting the iOS and Android app to the backend, which a colleague created.
FindeeKids
As an independent developer working with GPS Dozor, I contribute to the frontend and FindeeKids mobile app for iOS and Android. The app connects a child’s location, voice messages and family contacts with their watch.

A developer in Drnholec. In person in South Moravia, online from anywhere.
I’m based in Drnholec. I can meet businesses from Mikulov and the Mikulov and Břeclav areas in person and visit their operation. Development and ongoing consultations also work remotely for clients in Czechia, Slovakia and abroad. We can communicate in Czech, Slovak or English.

Do you develop for both iPhone and Android?
- Yes. I have experience with both platforms. The required features and approach to maintenance determine which solution we choose for a particular product.
Can you work with our backend?
- Yes. I need the API, a test environment and contact with the person responsible for it. We agree on responsibilities for the mobile app, server and release so it is clear who delivers what.
